A parent & baby 3 part nourishing course journey to nurture a well-balanced baby across all areas of their development, and to foster well-regulated relationships within their world.

For babies 0-12 months, corrected age.

• 3 x 1-hour fortnightly group gatherings where we explore different topics and build on strengths each at each visit

• Opportunities for holistic & specialist Occupational Therapy individualised development screening & recommendations

• Nature-Based Developmental & Sensory Play

• Baby Yoga

• Infant Massage - The full body sequence

• Connection & Co-regulation

• Empowering parents to unlock innate wisdom & skills in reading or responding to their baby’s unique cues, communication & design

• Baby toy crafting

• Light refreshments

• The elements - Air, Earth, Water & Fire
